Returns & Exchanges

• You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Returns due to change of mind are accepted, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We may request photos of the item for verification.
• A replacement or refund will be issued after verification.

Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
